Very happy! This garage came recommended by a work colleague that has used them for years. Easy booking, easy drop off out of hours. Pleasant on the phone and in person. Will be back and will recommend to others. Thanks

My family and i have used Archers on several occasions now, and have always found them to be reliable, professional and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Simon Trotman, Telford

I was really happy with the service I received. My old car needed quite an expensive repair. The price I paid was the exact price I was quoted over the phone. There were no “add ons” as with other garages. I was provided with the paperwork that confirmed the parts replaced had been tested and confirmed defective. The car has been running really well since I had the work done. The service I received was very friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Margaret Taylor, Telford

We’re not from the area, but we had an issue with our car and decided to stop by for some reassurance before heading back home. We received some of the best service we’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place if you’re local.

Francesca Giannetto

Amazing customer service! Spoken to a lady today about an issue with my Audi in which I’m trying to resolve and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No hesitation in giving advice and helping with the issue and no time restraints. She went above and beyond to try resolve the issue over the phone. Will definitely be using this company in the future for any repairs needed.

Great service, very knowledgeable and understanding, helped me out with Japanese import vehicle that’s hard to get parts for.
